Dr. Alex Russell
Physical Therapist | Performance Specialist | Owner of Enduro PT
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, I’ve spent my career helping people move better, stay active, and build lasting resilience—whether they’re recovering from an injury or trying to stay ahead of one.
I studied Exercise Science and earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of New Mexico. I’m certified in dry needling and have advanced training in cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, blood flow restriction training, and high velocity low amplitude thrust techniques for both the spine and extremities. But what really sets my approach apart is the time and attention I give to every individual I work with.
I started Enduro PT because I believe physical therapy should do more than get you out of pain—it should help you understand your body, move with confidence, and perform at your best. Your care shouldn’t be dictated by insurance plans or rushed through in a crowded clinic. You deserve one-on-one support that’s focused entirely on your goals and your lifestyle.
I live in Bella Vista, Arkansas, and when I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me on the trails—mountain biking, rock climbing, or just enjoying time outside. I understand how important it is to stay strong, mobile, and ready for whatever life—or the terrain—throws at you.
That’s why I bring expert care directly to you—at your home, your gym, or your workplace. Every session is personalized, practical, and built to give you long-term results—not quick fixes.
Whether you're working through a nagging injury, rebuilding strength, or simply trying to keep doing the things you love, I’ll help you take ownership of your recovery and performance. Because great care should fit your life—not the other way around.
