Dr. Alex Russell

Physical Therapist | Performance Specialist | Owner of Enduro PT

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, I’ve spent my career helping people move better, stay active, and build lasting resilience—whether they’re recovering from an injury or trying to stay ahead of one.

I studied Exercise Science and earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of New Mexico. I’m certified in dry needling and have advanced training in movement and mobility coaching, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, body tempering, blood flow restriction training, and high velocity low amplitude thrust techniques for both the spine and extremities. But what really sets my approach apart is the time and attention I give to every individual I work with.

I’m based in Bella Vista, Arkansas, and when I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me on the trails—mountain biking, rock climbing, or just enjoying time outside. I know firsthand how important it is to stay strong, mobile, and ready for whatever life—or Northwest Arkansas—throws at you.

I started Enduro PT because I believe that physical therapy alone isn't enough. And neither is personal training.

Real transformation happens when people have the tools, the guidance, and the hands-on care to move from pain and limitation to strength and resilience. Traditional models are too fragmented. You’re either treated for symptoms or pushed into performance without a solid foundation.

With Enduro PT, I bring it all together—physical therapy and performance training that meets your needs—so that you can recover, rebuild, and reimagine what your body is capable of.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury or pushing your performance to the next level, you deserve one-on-one support that’s tailored to your goals, your schedule, and your lifestyle.

That’s why I provide performance-driven care and training in spaces designed to help you move and perform at your best, with the option for in-home or workplace sessions when needed. Every session is focused, personalized, and built to create lasting results—not quick fixes.

Performance at Enduro PT means having the strength, mobility, and resilience to do what you love—without pain, without hesitation, and without limits. It’s not just about hitting new personal records; it’s about thriving in your body, staying active for life, and feeling prepared for whatever your sport, your lifestyle, or the outdoors demand.

If you're ready for a true performance transformation—so you can stay active, do what you love, and build lasting strength and health—I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
